Since the first annual came out 14 years ago in 1999, Metal Design International published by HEPHAISTOS, Germany, has become the world’s most comprehensive library of contemporary metal design.
All volumes are still available through Artisan Ideas but not all are available from the publisher.
With carefully selected, high-quality photographs – as usual – the new annual shows the work of eight metal designers from seven countries: Peter Asendorf (GER), Milan Michna (CZ), Mark Prouse (US), Weber & Hermann (GER), Romain Schleich (LU), Cornelis Pronk (NL), Rick Smith (US) and Livio Mognol (IT).
