Description

Luke Swenson is a traditional style folder maker out of Lakehills, Texas and has always been a knife guy. When he was eight, his older brother made him his first knife out of an old broken broom handle, and it was like Excalibur to Luke. In 2002, Luke saw a book that would change his life, “Make the Knife You Carry”. He started out making fixed blades but eventually found his way to Bill Ruple’s shop and to his true knifemaking passion which is making traditional slipjoints,  multi-blade folders,  and lock backs.

In this video, Luke demonstrates how to take your traditional knives up a notch by adding classic embellishments.
